The graffiti really adds to the slummy bathroom feeling, as does the lighting. Nice job.

I'm afraid you're "compartmentalizing" the color too much, starting with the flat colors and airbrushing on top of that. Try to put color in smaller blocks, to sketch the shadows from the very start; you'll see how better the results will be. Think in terms of light and shadow, not flat color. Just imagining where the light is coming from makes a huge difference.
